Time Machine

At trivia Wedesday, our emmcee has started to take requests, which I totally love. So Ret and I started pulling some songs out of our cd binder vaults circa de 2004-ish, and I have been stuck in this mood listening to some of these songs ever since.

That being said, I am taking you back to my high school days, so not TOO far back in time. Enjoy these little gems that will forever be associated with my awkward band days, bad bangs, and aeropostale tshirts.

  2. Oh Slide..sigh, I'm still recovering from those awkward high school days. They were fun but I'd have to say that I do love that they don't last forever! :)

    1. I used to adore the goo goo dolls. Heck, I still do. Thank goodness we've only gotten better in time ;)

    1. The opening riff to Glycerine gets my heart pumping every time. It's the weirdest thing. I just love everything about that song. Neither will ever get old to me.

  4. I love Slide! I still rock out to it on my iPod and my husband just rolls his eyes at me. What can I say? It's still good stuff!

I also still have a cd binder and I still put it under my seat so no one will steal it. I mean, it could happen, right?

FYI: I found your blog today through the blog hop on I Wore Yoga Pants to Work. :-)

    1. I still have all my old cds in my binder too. I pulled them out the other week with my old college roommate and we just were in awe of all the songs we forgot from back when. I need to put it in my car and follow your lead and rock out. I think I'll do that today actually ;)
